Eco-Friendly Transport
Families are encouraged to use shared rides, Metro travel, or cycling for short trips to reduce their carbon footprint. Parents can share photos or videos of their children enjoying this greener mode of travel.

Parent Sharing on ClassDojo

Parents will upload photos or videos of their children’s sustainability activities at home on ClassDojo. Teachers will celebrate these efforts in class, inspiring students to continue their eco-friendly journey.

Kindergarten Activities

The 2nd annual EcoHeroes Film Challenge is an exciting opportunity for students to creatively interpret the theme "Sustainable Lifestyle: Actions for Change." The aim is to produce original short films within a one week period that showcase innovative solutions for a greener future or highlight the consequences of ignoring sustainability.

مقدمة:

• الهدف: توعية الأطفال بأهمية إعادة التدوير وحماية البيئة.
• العمر المستهدف: 11 و12 سنة / ابتدائي

الأنشطة:

1. صنع حرف يدوية:

   • تزيين أواني الزهور القديمة.

     • صنع إطارات صور من علب الكرتون والفلين
     • صنع مناظر وفوانيس من الورق الملون والأبيض a4

      

Students will explore sustainability and creativity by using recycled materials to create unique artworks. This activity encourages students to think critically about waste, reusing everyday items, and how they can transform them into meaningful art pieces.

تفعيل اسبوع الاستدامة من خلال اعادة تدوير الالعاب والمقتنيات القديمة وتعزيز دور المعلم ومكانته في تعليم الاستدامة

The Climate Action Project is a free 6-week project allowing teachers and students ages 3-21 to collaborate on environmental topics. Over the course of the project, classrooms will explore causes and effects of climate change and will have the opportunity to develop solutions and take action.
