A beach outing combined with a cleanup has been scheduled with colleagues to boost their wellbeing and environmental awareness of the team.  Various entertainment activities are scheduled for the team members. 

The students will be involved in construction of a green house within school. They will monitor it's well being and timely record any changes during the next three months. Alongside, they will be involved in research analysis of how we can conserve energy in Qatar to ensure sustainable lifestyle for future.

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, is collaborating with Earthna, Centre for a Sustainable Future to organise an educational event for school children in the mangrove forest at Al Ruwais. This event is hosted by the Zulal Wellness team and will take place at their outstanding Resort. The outreach activity is part of the joint mangrove restoration project funded by MSC Foundation involving collaboratively the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, Earthna, and the Environmental Science Center, Qatar University.

This week at MAvX Design Plus, we're proud to support Qatar Sustainability Week, we take initiative to promoting sustainability and inspiring change within our community. Throughout the week, we’ll engage in various activities that raise awareness about environmental responsibility. As part of our efforts, we are eliminating plastic cups and all harmful materials, and will significantly reduce paper printing. Our goal is to reduce our environmental footprint and encourage long-term sustainable practices. We’re excited to take these steps now and continue this commitment into the future.

§Your task is to get into a group of 4/ 5 pupils, become urban planners and design a sustainable city (One plan per group).

§You must consider social, economic and environmental sustainability.

§Some ideas to consider include transport, food, energy and waste.
