Pushing the Boundaries of the Built Environment – 1st November

Register in Advance

The built environment is responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions, and those of us in the industry have a huge responsibility to help solve the problem. We must play our part.

For Qatar Sustainability Week 2021, Cundall’s MENA sustainability lead will be joined by local industry leaders for a panel discussion that will focus on:

Waste Water System

In order to reduce the strain on the National Waste Water System, Naufar is installing an independent solution by drilling a deep injection well on its premises. By injecting this wastewater into the ground between impermeable layers of rocks on our premises we are avoiding the pollution of Qatar's scarce freshwater supplies. Most environmental engineering professionals consider wastewater treatment followed by disposal through injection wells to be the most cost-effective and environmentally responsible method of wastewater treatment.

Garbage to Gallery QSW 2021

As part of our initiative to join the Qatar Sustainability Week 2021 , Student Council has decided to start a campaign to Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle.

TNG Nuaija Student Council cordially invites you to join thousands of people & take action to participate in "Garbage to Gallery QSW 2021" to help conserve our world's energy and resources.

We will be turning trash from the garbage into an art gallery.

Please create an artwork using any recycled material, like bottle caps, bottles, cans, boxes, newspapers etc.

Paper & Plastic Recycling Campaign

Encourage the Mosanada employees and Office users to adopt eco-friendly initiatives geared at reducing waste nationwide and to remind the public that reducing the use of Qatar’s resources not only can improve business efficiency, but help to preserve the environment’s long-term health. We will collect recyclable materials such as the list below by providing a collection box to be stationed at the Mosanada venues.
