Rajagiri Public School is celebrating Qatar Sustainability week, 'Biophilia' Season 2- A Step towards Sustainability from September 28th to October 5th. During this period, the school has arranged a wide array of activities for our students so as to educate them through sustainable practices and thus they foster a sense of responsibility to build a community for their future. The programs are as follows:
The event will be designed for UDC employees, Qatar cool, HDC and RME to clean LPC beach in The Pearl Island from the waste.
The event will be designed for The Pearl yacht and marina user in coordination with UDC PM Marina section and this will be a ribbon cutting event only in collaboration with RME.
UDC to celebrate the achievements in dedicated event and provide certificates of recognitions for retails participated in the plastic campaign and present the campaign achievements.
Our objective in this activity is to understand what can be recycled and ensuring proper recycling habits. During break time, set up a relay race where students sort different types of waste into the correct recycling bins. Use items like paper, plastic bottles, aluminum cans and food scraps. In this activity students will learn the importance of recycling correctly and what happens to items that are improperly recycled.

We are promoting Electric Vehicles to use our employees, it will help to reduce the environment pollution and CO2 emotions. We are planning to achieve first 100% EV car using company in Qatar.

As part of the support to green , we are practicing the reduction of paper waste, hence contribute to green enviroment. We all know the paper waste in any organizations are more and we are trying to be digital in this aspect and print only if required.
We will be hosting a Sustainability Awareness Event by presenting our carbon neutral dishes, designed to engage and inform our esteemed in-house guests about the importance of sustainable practices. The event will be part of our ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility and community engagement.
