أسبوع استدامتنا سرّ حياتنا
ستُنظّم أكاديمية قطر لتدريب المربيات أسبوعاً خاصاً للمربيات تحت عنوان "أسبوع استدامتنا سرّ حياتنا"، خلال الفترة من 1 إلى 8 نوفمبر 2025، وذلك بالتزامن مع أسبوع قطر للاستدامة، الحملة الوطنية التي تهدف إلى رفع الوعي البيئي وتشجيع المجتمع على المساهمة في تحقيق رؤية قطر للاستدامة.

وسيتضمن برنامج الأسبوع:

The Green Business SDG Conversion event, where we'll explore the latest fintech innovations driving sustainability and balancing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

Post event we share insights and experiences on leveraging fintech to achieve a greener and more sustainable financial system.

Internal Competitions for Waste-to-Value Added Products
A creative internal challenge where employees are invited to turn waste materials into useful or artistic items. This fun and innovative activity promotes circular economy thinking, teamwork, and a culture of reusing and repurposing materials rather than discarding them.

Students in Grade 8 or 9 will take the lead in preparing and arranging a table with a variety of healthy options such as green salads (e.g., Fattoush, Tabbouleh, or other fresh salads), as well as fruit salads. After arranging the food beautifully, they will distribute it to the younger students in the elementary section to encourage healthy eating habits. they may also arrange a visit to cancer cancer society to learn more about the healthy food and the nutrition and wellness. 

Parental Engagement in Sustainability

Eco-Friendly Transport
Families are encouraged to use shared rides, Metro travel, or cycling for short trips to reduce their carbon footprint. Parents can share photos or videos of their children enjoying this greener mode of travel.

Parent Sharing on ClassDojo

Parents will upload photos or videos of their children’s sustainability activities at home on ClassDojo. Teachers will celebrate these efforts in class, inspiring students to continue their eco-friendly journey.

Employees are encouraged to bring unused or obsolete devices. We will partner with a local recycler to responsibly dispose of old electronics.
📌 All collected recyclables must be forwarded to Head Office on November 6, 2025 for consolidating and handover to the local recycl
