Paperless Awareness Initiative
We are launching a comprehensive paperless awareness program for all staff to promote the adoption of digital practices across every process.
Thanks to the initial implementation of this initiative in the Production department, we are already saving around 2,500 sheets of paper each month—a significant stride towards sustainability and increased operational efficiency.
A comprehensive housekeeping drive will be conducted across the office and factory premises, involving all staff members to uphold high standards of hygiene. This initiative supports our commitment to fostering sustainable environmental practices.
Community Time Learning – All students will explore practical strategies to reduce waste and personal carbon footprints through interactive lessons and discussions.
By blending curriculum innovation, creative engagement, and student leadership, ISL Qatar aims to empower teachers, learners and families to take meaningful action on sustainability and support Qatar’s national vision for environmental stewardship.
November 7 – Beach Cleanup Drive
Our team will head outdoors for a community-driven beach cleanup campaign. By removing litter and plastics from Qatar’s coastline, we help protect marine life and preserve natural beauty for future generations. This initiative reinforces our hospital’s dedication to creating a cleaner and healthier environment beyond our walls.
November 5 – Yoga for Sustainability
A special yoga session for staff will highlight the connection between inner balance and outer sustainability. By caring for our physical and mental health, we strengthen our ability to make mindful choices that reduce stress, promote well-being, and foster a culture of sustainability in everyday life.
November 3 – Green Planting Activity at Aman Hospital Premises
Aman Hospital will host a Green Planting Activity, adding small plants around our premises. This initiative not only enhances the beauty and freshness of our environment but also symbolizes our commitment to a greener, healthier, and more sustainable Qatar. Each plant represents a small action with a lasting impact, encouraging staff and visitors to embrace sustainability in their daily lives
November 2 – No Smoking Awareness Session
Our doctors will lead an educational session on the harmful effects of smoking, emphasizing how it impacts personal health and contributes to environmental pollution. A pledge wall will allow staff to commit to a smoke-free lifestyle, symbolizing our responsibility toward a healthier workplace and a cleaner environment.

As part of our contribution to Qatar Sustainability Week 2025, our school community will focus on two student-led actions that give students an active role in protecting the planet:
Stay Digital – Both students and colleagues will be encouraged to use digital platforms for learning and communication instead of relying on printed paper. By doing so, they will see how everyday choices, like reading online or sharing work digitally, could help reduce waste and save valuable resources.
