The Torch Doha will provide Yoga Classes on its outdoor, cantilevered swimming pool (the event is only for The Torch Doha and Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel employees).

The classes will last one hour (7pm-8pm) and they will be provided every day during Qatar Sustainability Week.

The Triple “R” Initiative:

The triple “R” initiative is stands for Reduce, Reuse and Recycle the daily stationary consumed material at AECOM’s Doha Oasis Staff Residence Project.

Recycling the paper, cardboard, plastic and metal from our residents household will actively help reduction of the amount of waste which is a crucial and simple step towards building a greener community. We will be initiating Educational workshops for the residents of LRRE to ensure success of the initiative.

Partnership Declaration on Public Awareness for Sustainability & Environment and starting paper collection for recycling in a number of embassies.

The Academy is  inviting an expert to talk to kids about simple tips that they can do at school and at home to live a more sustainable and greener life style. 

The Camp is for kids from 5 - 8 years old

Marafeq Qatar employees will get a chance to hear from volunteers of the group “Make a Better Place” about the negative impact that single-use plastic has on the environment.

Marafeq Qatar employees will be able to immediately take a step to protect Qatar’s environment by signing on ongoing petition calling for supermarkets in Qatar to stop distributing plastic bags and to provide reusable sustainable alternatives instead.
