Bin Free Day is a sustainability initiative implemented across staff cafeterias to encourage mindful consumption and reduce daily waste generation. Waves of Change is a staff-led beach cleanup initiative that brings colleagues together to protect Qatar’s coastline and marine environment. Through collective action, we help reduce waste pollution, preserve coastal ecosystems, and raise awareness about the importance of keeping our oceans and beaches clean for future generations

Give More, Waste Less is a donation initiative that encourages colleagues to extend the life of unused items by giving them a second purpose. Through the collection and redistribution of donated goods, the initiative helps reduce waste, promotes responsible consumption, and supports meaningful causes within the community.

All collected items will be delivered to Qatar Animal Welfare Society and Qatar Foundation, transforming generous contributions into meaningful support for those who benefit from them.

Sports Corner carried out an e-waste disposal activity as part of our commitment to sustainability in Qatar. 

• Promote a Healthy Buffet by offering nutritious, balanced meal options with fresh and locally sourced ingredients where possible.
• Store Food Properly by following food safety and storage best practices to maintain quality and reduce spoilage.
• Reduce Food Waste through careful menu planning, portion control, and monitoring buffet leftovers.

MSC Qatar is excited to announce the launch of a Donation Drive during Qatar Sustainability Week 2026. This initiative encourages all employees to contribute their gently used items: furniture, electric devices, garments....etc. 

By extending the life cycle and fostering a culture of giving, we aim to make a positive impact on both the environment and the lives of those in need.
