Youth Forum Qatar is an Indian community-based youth organization. Previous years we have initiated different programs in sustainability and environmental friendliness etc. Youth Forum Qatar initiated beach cleaning in Dakhira, Al Khor in 2022.

As part of our latest sustainability initiative, we have introduced a reverse vending machine designed to recycle plastic bottles, aluminum cans, and glass containers. This innovative system, developed in partnership with Monoprix, includes a reward program that offers vouchers to participants who engage in recycling.

Doha Festival City has transformed an existing parking space to install 23 complimentary EV charging stations, promoting clean energy and reducing carbon emissions. This initiative, which supports EV charging sessions up to 46 vehicles simultaneously. In collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) and as part of the National Program for Conservation and Energy Efficiency (Tarsheed), we’ve dedicated one charger to Kahramaa EV platform as a pilot study, aligning with national sustainability goals.
