Circular Economies in the Built Environment Workshop

The KEO Sustainability team will be offering a presentation with interactive exercises about the meaning and application of the circular economy within the built environment. The intent of the presentation is to raise awareness of the circular approach, and to identify the many challenges, enablers and opportunities available to industry professionals in making the circular economy a reality across the built environment.

Integrating Circular Economy Thinking into Buildings' Construction

As world leaders continue to become more aware of the urgency to take critical action to optimize Climate Change resilience, the buildings construction industry is in pole position to change significantly operational "norms". Adopting direct measures to move quickly and definitely from a Linear to a Circular Economy is not only achievable, but necessary and shown to make long-term both environmental and economic sense.
