We at Movenpick Hotel Doha will turn off all the lights in the hotel lobby, restaurant, health club and offices between the hours of 8am - 1pm everyday from 23rd October - 30th October 2021 respectively

تهدف المبادره لتقليل من استهلاك الكهرباء في الوزاره عن طريق تركيب لمبات لد موفره للطاقه وايضا ضبط حراره التكييف ٢٢الى ٢٤ بعد الدوام والحرص على اطفاء جميع الحواسيب بالاضافه الي الاناره في دورات المياه والمكاتب وايضا وضع صنابير مياه موفره لاستهلاك المياه وضع انظمه تحسين جوده الهواء بالوزاره وزيادة استخدام المساحات الخضراء وشراء موصلات ذات جوده عاليه واعاده استخدام وتدوير وتدوير الورق والبلاستيك والمعدن بالاضافه لوضع تايمرات للاضاءه

الهدف من المبادره هو ترفير الطاقه في مبنى الوزاره من خلال استبدال الاضاءه باضاءات صديقه للبيئه وموفره للطاقه توفير صنابير موفره للماء وضع تايمر للاضاءه وضبط التكييف على ٢٢و٢٤ بعد الدوام استخدام وصلات وتركيبات صديقه للبيئه

تهدف المبادره باستخدام القطار والمترو في يوم واحد في السنه للذهاب والقدرم من العمل منغير استخدام السياره لتقليل الانبعاثات والعوادم منخلال عقد اتفاقيه مع ريل قطر لمنح موظفي الوزاره تذاكر مجانيه

A webinar Training Session developed by the Sustainability Team to deepen the knowledge on sustainability and an overview on integrating Sustainability in daily activities.

The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC) in association with Mwani Qatar have implemented a monitoring program to monitor the sources of air emissions at Hamad Port, Doha Port and Ruwais Port. Steps taken to reduce emissions include:

·        Continuous monitoring of Ambient Air Quality by fixed & mobile stations with real time data recording.
