Green Committee from Centara West Bay conduct the training for West Bay Beach's guests to educate and encourage guests on waste management practices. Encourage guests to minimize waste. Provide clear instructions and support for waste sorting.

Milaha  conducts presentation on corporate social responsibility, environment, and sustainability for its employees to enhance their awareness and align them with the company’s goal and objective.

Milaha partners with elite company to educate, blue-collar workers on best waste management practices, focusing on segregation waste like paper and plastics for recycling. Why the waste management company.

• Ecco Gulf is having a tree-planting activity, where all employees are engaged in a tree-planting event.
• Book Swap activity:   Employees will be encouraged to participate in a book exchange event, promoting the sharing of knowledge and resources within the company.

Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. has a 51% interest in ECCO Gulf. 

• Aamal Company is hosting a “no plastic” campaign where all employees are required to use glass water bottles provided by the Company replacing the plastic water bottles. 
• During Qatar Sustainability Week 2024, the Company will also be distributing indoor plants for the employees to keep and take care of at the office, promoting responsibility and engagement, and fostering the employees health and wellbeing. 

• Doha Cables is steadfast in its commitment to sustainable practices within the cable manufacturing industry. Actively recycling and reusing PVC material used for insulation, bedding, or sheathing in cables.
• Doha Cables engages in the recycling and reutilisation of lead material. Recycled lead is employed in manufacturing Medium Voltage and High Voltage Cables. 

In collaboration with other expatriates community groups and individuals in Qatar, SGBI will organize a Team building event that aims to strengthen the unity of each expatriates in Qatar through a friendly outdoor event. Also, as a gesture of appreciation to the host Country, a clean up drive is set to be perform along the seashore of Wakra Beach.

Collaboration with Wyndham Doha West Bay Hotel for the sustainability awareness during Qatar sustainability week from 28 Sep to 5 Oct by participating in several eco-friendly events (beach cleaning) & increasing the awareness of environmentally friendly practices.
