The fashion industry is a 2.8 Euro trillion behemoth that includes everything from clothing to bags, shoes to sportswear. However, the big money-maker is fast fashion: the rapid production of clothes sold at rock bottom prices. The market is flooded daily with thousands of new designs, making it a lucrative industry, but it all comes at a high environmental cost. In the last 15 years, clothing production has approximately doubled.

كما تم تعريفهم بالطرق الحديثة للزراعة مثل الزراعة المائية وطرق تلقيح النحل لنبات الفراولة
This week, we will be organizing a special awareness initiative at the construction site for our workers, focusing on environmental protection and sustainability practices. The sessions are designed to educate and engage the workforce on the importance of responsible resource use, waste management, energy and water conservation, and minimizing environmental impacts during construction activities.
In collaboration with the Qatar Cancer Society, Acciona will host awareness sessions in female staff camps focusing on breast cancer prevention, early detection, and health empowerment. The initiative highlights the connection between wellness, education, and sustainable development goals related to good health and well-being.
A sustainability-driven community initiative to collect non-perishable food items, clothing, and household essentials. The donations will be distributed to local communities in need through a recognized charity partner. This activity supports waste reduction by giving useful items a second life while helping families facing hardship.
The tram system in Education City is a successful example of sustainable transportation. It has helped to reduce traffic congestion and air pollution, and it has made it easier for people to get around without a car. The tram is a valuable asset to the community and a model for other cities to follow.

This session aims to introduce our school project Pens for Education, Peace and Sustainability that is produced from recycling school waste papers. This project reached many underserved areas all around the world, like Tunisia, Uganda, Morocco, Nepal, Kenya and Vietnam, to support local communities and create small businesses. In this session I will show how to make these pens that look like wood from waste papers.

Employees will take part in planting trees to enhance green spaces, support biodiversity, and promote a cleaner, healthier environment.
