As part of our contribution to Qatar Sustainability Week 2025, our school community will focus on two student-led actions that give students an active role in protecting the planet:

Stay Digital – Both students and colleagues will be encouraged to use digital platforms for learning and communication instead of relying on printed paper. By doing so, they will see how everyday choices, like reading online or sharing work digitally, could help reduce waste and save valuable resources.

• Parents and students will be taught Sustainability Awareness by reducing use of plastic ware.
• Students will be taught how to sort trash (plastic, paper, food waste).
• They will also be taught what materials can be recycled and ways to recycle it.
• Teachers will teach students how to plant in the school garden and teach ways to take care of plants. 

Water is Life – Conserve Today for Tomorrow – Activities and campaigns highlighting the importance of water conservation.

During Sustainability Week, a range of interactive and awareness-driven activities will be conducted to engage students and staff in promoting eco-friendly practices and responsible living. Planned activities include:
    •    Awareness Campaigns & Poster Displays – Students will design posters and slogans to highlight the importance of recycling, energy conservation, and sustainable habits.

Re-Using of Wooden Pallets by Recycling 100% of wooden pallets, Total Pallets Saved per year: 15,200 Pallets

Creating eye-catching posters to spread awareness about important sustainability challenges and solutions. This project combines research, creativity, and design to inspire action in your school community.

QNTA Our Life, Our Sustainability Week

Qatar Nanny Training Academy will host a special week for nannies from 1 to 6 November 2025, under the title " Our Life, Our Sustainability ", coinciding with Qatar Sustainability Week. This initiative aims to raise awareness about environmental sustainability and empower nannies to help children develop responsible habits.

During the designated hour, non-essential lights across the property were switched off, demonstrating our shared commitment to energy conservation and environmental awareness.
