قمن طالبات جماعة اليونسكو بتصميم غطاء واقي للدراجات النارية الخاصة بعمال توصيل المطاعم لحمايتهم من أشعة الشمس والحرارة في فصل الصيف والامطار في فصل الشتاءوكذلك توفير الأمن والأمان للسائق أثناء حدوث الحوادث لا سمح الله.

قمن طالبات جماعة اليونسكو في المدرسة بابتكار طلاء طبيعي صديق للبيئة قادر على امتصاص الاشعة السينية التشخيصية بنسبة 95% في غرف المستشفيات بدولة قطر , لتحقيق الهدف رقم ( 13) من أهداف التنمية المستدامة العمل المناخي وكذلك الهدف رقم (3) الصحة الجيدة, وهو طلاء طبيعي من مركب اللوبيكين وهي الصبغة الحمراء التي توجد في الفواكه والخضروات كالشمندر-الجزر الأحمر-طماطم وغيرها ومادة النانو التكنولوجي , ومادة الطلاء الزيتي بنسب متجانسة للتخفيف من امتصاص الأشعة السينية.

حيث تغير المناخ هو القضية الحاسمة في عصرنا ومن أكبر التهديدات التي تواجه التراث الثقافي والطبيعي اليوم..  

من خلال موضوع عن  التراث العالمي وتغير المناخ والتعبير عنها عن طريق رسم سلسلة مشاهد وإطارات للقصة المصورة ومعرفة الطالبات بموقع التراث العالمي والتحديات والمشاكل التي يواجهها الموقع بناءً على تأثيرات تغير المناخ ووضع الحلول والمقترحات للتحدي / المشكلة

Sustainability initiatives and its continuous improvement have always been a part of GWC’s operations across all our facilities globally. The following activities are the key areas of sustainability implementation:

• Waste management and recycling (ZERO landfill disposal)
• Energy consumption and conservation monitoring

Retrofitting older HVAC fixtures with energy-efficient systems to reduce consumption

In partnership with Hadiqaa Qatar, we support sustainable gardening by engaging our employees for planting activity. Through this, we aim to achieve four (4 ) UN Sustainability Goals namely:

SDG 2 - Zero Hunger - We will grow local food, i.e. vegetables, etc. that we can share

SDG 3 - Good Health and Well-Being - We will engage our employees of different ages, abilities, and cultures. Gardening activity is healthy and promotes social, spiritual, physical and emotional well-being.

Joint Tree Planting Marathon of 100 trees with EXPO2023 Doha

It’s an event to advocate people to reduce using plastic during the sustainability week by replace plastic with other recycled materials. It’s encourage persons to leave their mark either in work or home or any where they can keep their touch.

To raise awareness of Mental Health issues and offer well-being activities for staff and pupils throughout the week. We will offer sporting events, art activities, relaxation classes or just an opportunity to talk to each other.

Embassy of France employees will follow a training about segregating paper products from other waste. 
Embassy of France decides to replace the use of plastic bottles with water fountains.
