Fencing for all....Come and try fencing duals and classes with your friends or family, whatever your age, nationality, gender, wheelchair, ... during our regular classes for a very discounted price (40qar/class, fencing uniform provided). BODYATTACK by LesMills

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

ZUMBA (LADIES ONLY)

Zumba is your groove-on program with Latin signature and salsa-style music. It will build anaerobic endurance, coordination and mood in a groovy way. It’s choreographed with intervals of intensity that brings "dance" into fitness.

BODYPUMP by LesMills (LADIES ONLY)

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with high repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the tracks and basic techniques. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more in order to achieve tone and lean muscles.

BODYCOMBAT by LesMills

BODYCOMBAT is a class where you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This mixed martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are set up rounds that will lead you to success. You’ll release stress, have a blast and leave the class feeling like a champ.

SPRINT by LesMills (LADIES ONLY)

It is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact. The short duration of a LES MILLS SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you will smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout.
