A symbolic and educational planting activity where participants plant seeds or saplings, learning about biodiversity, soil health, and the power of reforestation in fighting climate change.
Water Watchers
An interactive awareness activity encouraging participants to track and reduce daily water consumption. Through fun games and tips, “Water Watchers” teaches the importance of conserving one of our planet’s most precious resources.
Recycled Art Challenge
An art competition where participants transform recyclable materials into beautiful or functional artworks. This hands-on activity promotes creativity, environmental awareness, and the idea that “waste” can become wonder.
Eco-Pledges Wall
A creative wall where participants write and post their personal sustainability pledges — from reducing plastic use to conserving water. The wall grows throughout the week, showcasing the community’s collective commitment to a greener future.
Students will visit the Papercut Factory to explore sustainable paper production, where they will observe the recycling process in action and gain insight into how wastepaper is transformed into new, eco-friendly products. Through hands-on participation, students will engage in each stage of production, learning about the importance of resource conservation, creativity in reuse, and the role of innovation in promoting environmental sustainability.
ReQ will spend a fun day with the students at Hope Qatar Center for Special Needs to explore the environment in a playful way. Together we will sort colorful materials, plant small herbs, and make creative art using recyclable items. The aim is to let every student enjoy simple activities that teach care for nature, teamwork, and creativity through fun and hands-on play.

During this presentation a group of students from The Queen’s International School in Qatar will learn about the local and global impact of plastic pollution, and what we can do to help mitigate the problem.
The students will also learn about recycling and other sustainable practices in Qatar, as well as things they can do to help make a difference for Qatar, for nature and for the planet.
