- Controlling energy consumption by using digital thermostats in guests' rooms, and installation of double-glazed windows and LED light bulbs across the resort.
- Depending on daylight rather than artificial light when cleaning vacant dirty rooms.
- One switch system for lights via key card activated system so that lights don’t get left on accidentally.
- Air conditioners automatically switch off when the balcony doors in guest rooms are open.
- Television and Music are off in the rooms when unoccupied.
- Encouraging guests to take part in towel/bed linen reuse programs by placing informative tent cards in rooms. Helps reduce the energy and water necessary for laundry.
- Use of low flow toilets and showerheads; Installation of infra red activated faucets in public restrooms.
- Maintaining regularly plumbing fixtures and piping to avoid water losses.
- In house Sewage treatment plant, treated water is used to irrigate the plants in the resort.
- Implementation of drip irrigation system.
The Embassy decided to Minimize the usage of cars on that day. There is a positive impact of car-free days on human health. Car-free days are often designed to alleviate the impact of transportation-related air pollution, noise, physical inactivity & traffic congestion.

ROOTS Energy & Engineering Services regularly sends its wastes papers and plastics to recycling facilities as part of its environmental initiatives
We will be having a discussion sessions with our guests and clients. The discussion session will focus on the five (5) sustainability initiatives identified by 5D Advisory LLC. We will carry out one-to-one discussions to know their thoughts and ways, they are/will be using, to implement the initiatives.
In partnership with a mobile scooter and e-bicycle company, The Avenue, A Murwab Hotel offers guests and employees the option to rent e-bikes and scooters as an alternative mode of transportation. Guests of the hotel will have access to manual vehicles on the premises. By promoting e-bicycle and scooter use rather than driving, pollution-emitting cars will be reduced. Additionally, biking and use of scooters will promote physical activity while traveling.
The staff along with the in-house team at the Resort will plant a few saplings around the resort property to promote environmental welfare.
