Book Swap:
Employees will be encouraged to participate in a book exchange event, promoting the sharing of knowledge and resources within the company.
Clothes Donation Drive:
A collection drive will be held for gently used clothing items, which will be donated to local charities. This initiative not only supports those in need but also aligns with our values of reducing waste and promoting reuse.
To further promote sustainable practices among our employees, we will distribute eco-friendly merchandise during Sustainability Week. These giveaways will serve as both a gesture of appreciation and a reminder of our commitment to environmental responsibility.
Sustainability Week Celebration: A Collaborative Family Initiative
Alshaya Group Qatar, in collaboration with DeapQatar, is organizing a Beach Clean-Up Drive on 27th September 2024 in line with World Clean-Up Day activities. The event will be attended by over 100 employees from across the country who have volunteered to join and actively participate to make our planet a better place to live. Friends and families of employees will also join, providing an atmosphere for children to learn and understand the importance of preserving our natural environments.
Milaha partners with elite company to educate, employees on best practices and waste management and paper reuse. The collaborative initiative includes an art creation activity using recycled materials to promote sustainability and creativity in the workplace.
Aamal Services is planning to have a presentation to discuss the topics of sustainability and environment protection with Al Rayyan International University College (ARIU).
