Wellness on a Plate - Naturopathy principles awareness

The purpose of this program is to promote holistic health and well-being among staff by introducing a nutritious, natural, and easily digestible meal based on naturopathy principles. It aims to:

  • Encourage healthy eating habits at the workplace.
  • Highlight the benefits of seasonal and plant-based foods.
  • Support digestion, energy, and overall wellness.
  • Create an opportunity for staff to experience balanced meals that nourish the body and mind.

Health and Wellness Talk

A guided session for employees titled “The Sustainable Mind: Minimalism for Mental Health and the Planet.” The talk will be conducted by an invited life coach, exploring how adopting a minimalist mindset can help achieve balance — not only for our mental well-being but also for the planet.

Sustainable Mind Workshop

Offering sessions for individuals or groups who are interested in the following topics. 

1. The Sustainable Mind: Minimalism for Mental Health and the Planet
This talk explores how simplicity can lead to clarity. By appreciating what we already have instead of constantly chasing more, we strengthen mental health, reduce stress, and naturally lower our environmental impact. Minimalism becomes a path to both inner peace and sustainability.

Cafeteria vegetable day & Implementation of Sustainable Water Dispenser

We will be having Cafeteria Vegetable Day for all staff! This event is dedicated to celebrating fresh, local vegetables and promoting healthier eating habits in our workplace.

On this day, our cafeteria will serve an array of delicious vegetable dishes, from vibrant salads to heathy soups, showcasing the best of seasonal produce. It’s a fantastic opportunity to try new flavors and explore creative ways to incorporate more vegetables into our meals.
