How to take the challenge?

The rule is very simple, follow the practice below for 7 days continuously and sequentially to make it your daily habit. 

Day 1: Find out your carbon footprint. Start your challenge by finding out your carbon footprint with the Footprint calculator tool.

In Galfar we have scheduled to have various awareness session on Sustainability that includes Energy management, Plantation drive, technical presentations, by engaging all levels of employees in the organization.

Businesses have a substantial ecological footprint and gardening activities are ways to mitigate those impacts. Through our team building events, we are offering the opportunity for companies to contribute towards a healthy and diverse natural ecosystem and support the local biodiversity in urban areas.

On Qatar Sustainability Week 2022 and as part of our commitment to protect environment, NIMR Oil is planning to conduct some activities:

Doha Oasis Quest provided reusable water bottles to all of its employees so that they could refill the water for drinking rather than using single-use plastic bottles.

During the month of October , ISL Q will be organizing our second Sustainability Month. This event will be mainly coordinated by students as part of their IB Service as Action and CAS programmes. We will be planning workshop, debates , and many other activities on the topic of Sustainability.

A candle making workshop using our old candles and recycling them to be a new candle. Using Eco friendly soy wax and wooden wick.
