Various awareness sessions shall be held at IDC sites / Offices to increase awareness about sustainability like using of Metro, switching off light during day time, and use of motion sensor to switch off light, automation system to switch off AC when not in use, having camp near to site to avoid transportation of workers.

Qatar Sustainability Week has consistently garnered our support at Ginger Camel for the past seven years. During this year's edition, we have been committed to promoting sustainable practices and initiatives by featuring forward-thinking business owners and event organizers on our podcasts. Our journey began with the "Your Onion Podcast" and has now evolved to "The Head Guy Podcast" for this year's edition.
The HSE Toastmasters club is gearing up for an insightful meeting where we'll delve into the crucial topics of sustainability and the development of effective waste management strategies.
We are proud to announce that DB is organizing this year Clean Nation, Silent Volunteers, Federation of Walking Football & Puttalamese Qatar joining hands with us.
We invite our employees, friends and families to participate in the beach cleanup campaign and to motivate the residents to be more careful of their environment and involve them in community service, while instilling good habits and stewardship and to emphasize waste segregation and proper waste disposal by educating them on the harmful effects of smoking and littering on the beaches.
Collaborating with environmental NGOs in Qatar, to organize a small summit to discuss sustainability and the 2030 vision. Additionally, students will lead awareness campaigns by creating flyers and PowerPoint presentations to share information about recycling campaigns and sustainability in their classrooms.
During the week of November 4th to 11th, LSQ students will initiate recycling practices with a focus on both paper and plastic:
• Students will be responsible for collecting empty plastic bottles, which will then be brought to the school. At the end of the week, the collected plastic bottles will be transported to the nearby AlMeera supermarket for processing through their recycling machine. The points or vouchers earned through this initiative will be utilized to purchase items from Al Meera as a token of appreciation for the school's helpers.
