The goal of Metito's "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Building a Greener Tomorrow" initiative is to advance environmentally friendly waste management techniques.
The campaign encourages individuals and groups to prioritize reuse, minimize waste generation, and recycle items efficiently by combining awareness-raising efforts with proactive initiatives.
Each year, the QFCRA takes part in IOSCO’s World Investor Week by organizing various activities centered on sustainable finance and investor resilience:

The Pinktober Afternoon Tea is being launched in partnership with Rose de Desert and Qatar Cancer Society (QCS). Throughout October, the Afternoon Tea will be available at the Atrium Lounge, with QR 10 from each order donated to QCS.
We are also hosting an awareness session with selected community members, influencers, and media to spread the word about the Pinktober campaign. Representatives from QCS will lead a special session at the event to increase awareness.
As part of our Sustainability Week initiatives, we will launch a "Go Digital" across the office, which will include a dedicated "Paperless Day. " This initiative is designed to encourage the transition from paper-based to digital practices, significantly reduce paper consumption, and foster a culture of sustainability within the workplace.
We will host a "Lunch and Learn" event during Sustainability Week, featuring a buffet lunch paired with green awareness sessions. These sessions will be conducted by either an external expert or our own internal trainers, providing employees with valuable insights into sustainable practices that can be adopted both at work and in their personal lives.
