Sustainability Awareness Screensavers
Sustainability-themed messages and tips will be displayed on hospital computer screensavers throughout the week, reinforcing simple actions that contribute to environmental protection and resource conservation.

Employees will be encouraged to reduce transportation-related emissions by:

• Using company transportation buses where available.
• Carpooling with colleagues travelling on the same route.
• Walking or cycling to work when feasible.
  Participants will submit selfies or photos demonstrating their sustainable commuting method through a dedicated email address.

Housekeeping & Waste Management Campaign
A focused housekeeping campaign will be conducted across Mannai Energy workplaces and project facilities to promote good housekeeping, proper waste segregation, responsible waste disposal, and efficient use of resources. The campaign will encourage employees and project teams to take an active role in maintaining clean, safe, and environmentally responsible workplaces.

Paper Recycling Campaign – “No Printing Day”
A dedicated “No Printing Day” campaign will be conducted to raise awareness of paper consumption and encourage digital alternatives. Employees will be encouraged to avoid unnecessary printing, use electronic documents, and adopt more sustainable office practices.

Topics include:

• Why mentoring matters for sustainability leadership and lasting change
• Turning environmental goals into measurable outcomes, such as emissions, resource efficiency, and community resilience
• Building cross-sector partnerships and bringing others along
• Practical steps for mentees who want to move into sustainability roles
