Staff are encouraged not to throw their unwanted clothes, books and other items that can be used by people who are in need of those items by collecting and donating to Qatar Charity.
Staff will be informed to prevent new printouts and not to generate more paper waste from their offices during the day.
Staff will be encouraged to participate in cleaning Al-Ruwais Beach area and will be a part of Zulal’s Olympics Activity where each team will compete with each other in how much waste they can collect in the whole week.

CBM Qatar has launched a new team-building initiative titled “CBM Adopt-A-Plant” for our new Indoor Edible Garden. In this project, each HQ staff are encouraged to creatively recycle discarded pet bottles, used food containers and parts of old de-commissioned equipment into planting containers. The office provides all basic necessary components such as soil, plant wool, a wide selection of seeds and plant lights. This has helped the team to bond much more closely in office and improved team spirit.

With ERF, Qatar will be among the countries with a national regulation system on E-waste, which will strengthen Qatar’s position as one of the most progressive countries to address the world’s fastest environmental problems.
