Dr. Isabella Maggioni is an Associate Professor of Marketing at ESCP Business School and a Lecturer at IULM University, Milan. Isabella’s research interests cover the area of consumer behaviour and psychology, with a specific focus on sustainable consumption, consumer well-being and identity-based consumption in different industries. Isabella has published her research in several top-tier scientific journals and worked on applied research projects with world-leading organisations across Europe, Australia and New Zealand on retail innovation, consumer and marketing trends, sustainable consumer behaviour and customer experience.
