The Greening Education Partnership (GEP) is a global initiative that takes a whole-of-system approach to support countries in tackling the climate crisis by harnessing the critical role of education.

Eco-Schools is one of the most established and widely implemented frameworks supporting GEP, already delivering long-term sustainability learning, whole-school engagement and student-led change in schools across the world.

Aligned to UNESCO’s Green School Quality Standard, the Eco-Schools program offers an adaptable and scalable educational approach to support national education systems realize their ambitions for Greening Education.
