This initiative is a targeted internal awareness campaign designed to inspire more sustainable daily behavior among all staff at Naufar. Throughout Sustainability Week, employees will receive a series of short, engaging emails that focus on practical actions everyone can take to reduce environmental impact at work and at home.
Each message will highlight one simple theme – for example: reducing single-use plastics, responsible printing and paper use, energy-saving habits in offices and clinical areas, proper waste segregation, and mindful water consumption. The campaign will not only explain why these actions matter, but also translate them into clear, realistic steps staff can start applying immediately in their own roles.
The tone of the campaign is positive and collaborative. The goal is not to “police” behavior, but to build a shared culture of responsibility and pride in doing the right thing. Where possible, the emails will include quick facts about our current consumption, tips from colleagues, and small challenges (“Can your team go one full day without printing?”) to encourage friendly participation between departments.
By delivering the messages directly to inboxes, we ensure that every staff member – clinical, administrative, hospitality, facilities, and leadership – is reached, even if they do not regularly visit common areas or attend Sustainability Week events in person. The campaign is also meant to continue beyond this single week by creating awareness, starting conversations, and normalizing greener habits in our day-to-day operations.
Ultimately, the aim is to show that sustainability is not only a corporate objective, but something that each individual can actively contribute to, every day, with small but consistent choices.
