As part of our ongoing collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health, Power International Holding continues to drive a comprehensive series of awareness and training sessions focused on mental health, anger management, stress management, sleep management, happiness, and overall welfare at workplaces.
To date, over 700 employees across our subsidiaries have actively participated in these sessions, reflecting our strong commitment to cultivating a positive, balanced, and supportive work culture. The training mission is ongoing, with the goal of ensuring every employee has access to the knowledge and tools needed to maintain mental and emotional wellbeing — essential elements for both personal fulfillment and organizational success.
These initiatives are closely aligned with Qatar Sustainability Week and reinforce our social responsibility role in promoting health, wellbeing, and quality of life — key pillars of the Qatar National Vision 2030.
