From Waste to Policy: A Youth Sustainability Day at Nest - Doha Hub x Alfardan Corporation
Global Shapers Community - Doha Hub
From Waste to Policy: A Youth Sustainability Day at Nest is an interactive programme organised by the Global Shapers Doha Hub in collaboration with Alfardan as part of Qatar Sustainability Week 2026. Bringing together young people to explore waste management, sustainable mobility and resource efficiency, the workshop combines practical insights with a team-based policy challenge.
Participants will develop and present solutions for more sustainable workplaces and communities, building skills in collaboration, policy design and problem-solving. With opportunities to connect with peers and take part in engaging challenges, alongside planned prizes and giveaways, the programme offers a rewarding way to turn sustainability awareness into practical action.
