Sustainable Office Practices

With our commitment to the environment, our office is adopting the following practices, some of which already in action, to promote sustainability and Qatar vision 2030:

1. Utilizing air purifiers for healthier indoor air
2. Eliminate Waste in Printing, using double faced printing
3. Go Digital: meeting rooms screens are used to present the documents instead of printing them for the meeting
4. Encouraging casual attire: reducing required dry cleaning for suits
5. Power Down: employees are required to turn off computers before leaving
6. Eliminate Screen Savers: employees are required to set the monitor to power off after 1 min
7. Turning off the AC 3 hours during day time
8. Raising AC temp set point by three degrees
9. LED purchasing policy: for all lamps to be replaced during maintenance, LED lamps will be used
10. Stocking company furniture in a store for reuse instead of disposal, to reduce bulk waste
11. Buying kitchen, cleaning and office supplies in bulk to reduce waste
