CMA CGM Qatar Team along with their families and friends took part in cleaning a public beach in Al Thakira in the past week. Cigarettes, steel rods, ropes, masks, knives were interesting finds. We're glad to keep the area litter-free.

For this year's Sustainability Week, we would like to participate with the following activities and initiatives:

We've been switching off unused lights and electronics and setting our AC temperature to 22– 24 ◦c and automatic mode

Our staff has been using the metro and carpooling

We've ban single use plastics like water bottles, cutlery, cups, bags, packaging and containers and using eco-friendly replacements

We make sure that we think twice before we print anything and keep recyclable papers

We've been taking advantage of daylight in some of our office rooms

We will have an Office Digital Clean-Up by deleting unnecessary data and files to reduce carbon footprint
