Poster Campaign for Awareness

Creating eye-catching posters to spread awareness about important sustainability challenges and solutions. This project combines research, creativity, and design to inspire action in your school community.

Step 1: Research Phase

1. Choose a topic. You can pick from:
   • Water saving
   • Food waste reduction
   • Energy efficiency
   • Well-being
   • Climate action
   • Biodiversity  
   • Litter reduction
2. Gather facts and statistics about your chosen topic.
3. Find simple tips and actions that students and families can easily do in daily life.

Step 2: Poster Design

1. Use art supplies (markers, paint, collage) OR digital tools (like Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop) to design your poster.
2. Make sure your message is clear, bold, and easy to understand.
3. Include strong visuals or images that will grab attention.

Step 3: Add a Creative Twist

Choose at least one of these options to make your poster unique:

• Add a QR code that links to a student-made awareness video.
• Include a scratch-off fun fact (use paper covers or stickers).
• Design a 3D pop-up feature so the poster stands out.

Step 4: Refinement

1. Share your poster with your group members for peer review.
2. Double-check that:
   • The facts are accurate.
   • The message is clear.
   • The design is neat and easy to follow.

Step 5: Add-On (Optional but encouraged!)

• Create a short slogan or hashtag that people can share on social media.
  • Example: #SaveEveryDrop or #WasteNotWantNot.

Step 6: Presentation

1. Your posters will be displayed in the hallways and classrooms.

2. We will host a “Sustainability Gallery Walk” where you explain your poster to visitors.
