IDAM by Alain Ducasse, the MICHELIN-starred fine dining restaurant at the Museum of Islamic Art, renews its commitment towards upholding sustainability and renewable energy by upholding its practice of recycling used oil into biodiesel in collaboration with Green Brokerage for Oil (GBO) – Qatar.
