As part of our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence, Elegancia Facilities Management (EFM), a subsidiary of Estithmar Holding, we organized multiple Energy Saving Awareness Sessions to educate our employees on the importance of responsible energy use. These sessions focused on practical ways to reduce consumption, aligning individual behaviors with the company’s broader sustainability goals.

Beyond awareness, EFM has invested in smart energy management technologies across its operations. This includes the installation of motion-based lighting sensors to ensure lights are only active when spaces are in use, significantly cutting unnecessary energy consumption. Additionally, thermostat systems have been implemented to optimize air conditioning usage, maintaining comfortable environments while reducing wasteful over-cooling. EFM has also deployed Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to optimize the speed adjustment of pumps, reducing starting current, ensuring optimal torque management, and enabling energy recovery. This not only improves operational efficiency but also extends the lifecycle of equipment by minimizing mechanical stress.
