Beach Cleaning Drive: Clean Beaches, Healthy Oceans, Sustainable Future

As part of its active participation in Qatar Sustainability Week (QSW) 2026, Uttar Pravasi Association, Qatar (UPAQ) is pleased to organize a Beach Cleaning Drive aimed at promoting environmental stewardship, community engagement, and sustainable living practices. This initiative is being conducted with the support of the Public Cleanliness Department of the Ministry of Municipality, and the necessary approvals have been obtained from the relevant authorities.

The Beach Cleaning Drive will bring together UPAQ members, families, youth, and volunteers to contribute towards preserving Qatar's natural coastal environment while raising awareness about the importance of reducing marine pollution, protecting biodiversity, and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.
