Launching the Seasonal Rooftop Garden

As part of Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection’s sustainability initiatives, our rooftop garden was introduced to grow seasonal produce directly for our hotel kitchens. This farm-to-table initiative promotes responsible sourcing, supports sustainable dining, and reduces the environmental impact associated with food transportation. By transforming our rooftop into a productive urban garden in the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha, we bring fresh, locally grown ingredients to our culinary experiences while reinforcing our commitment to responsible hospitality.
