Design, Code and Build for a Greener Qatar - "صمّم، برمج، وابتكر من أجل قطر أكثر استدامة"

Studio 5, an initiative of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), will participate in Youth Fest 2026 alongside Teen Hub and Qatar Museums as part of Qatar Sustainability Week.
Studio 5 will offer three hands-on workshops daily, giving teens the opportunity to explore emerging technologies and their applications in sustainability. Each workshop will be followed by a short guided tour of the Studio 5 lab.
- Upcycle by Design: Exploring 3D design and printing with PLA, a bio-based material, to upcycle jars and containers that would otherwise go to waste.
- Smart Waste Sorting: Use PictoBlox’s AI library and block coding to build an app that recognizes waste and sorts it into the right bin.
- Smart Home: Lights On and Off from Anywhere: Wire a simple LED circuit controlled by an Arduino, then switch it on and off remotely using the Internet of Things.
يشارك برنامج ستوديو 5 التابع لوزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، في مهرجان الشباب 2026 بالتعاون مع تين هب ومتاحف قطر، وذلك ضمن فعاليات أسبوع قطر للاستدامة. ويقدّم ستوديو 5 ثلاث ورش عمل تفاعلية يومياً تتيح لليافعين استكشاف التقنيات الحديثة وتطبيقاتها في مجال الاستدامة، وتعقب كل ورشة جولة تعريفية قصيرة داخل مختبر استوديو 5.
إعادة التوظيف الإبداعي بالتصميم: توظيف تقنيات التصميم والطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام مادة PLA ذات المصدر الحيوي، لإعادة استخدام العبوات والحاويات الزجاجية والبلاستيكية وتحويلها إلى منتجات مبتكرة بدلاً من التخلص منها.
التحكم الذكي في إدارة النفايات: تطوير تطبيق باستخدام مكتبة الذكاء الاصطناعي في منصة PictoBlox والبرمجة بالكتل لإنشاء تطبيق يتعرّف على أنواع النفايات ويساعد على فرزها في الحاويات المناسبة.
المنزل الذكي: تحكّم بالإضاءة من أي مكان: تعلّم كيفية توصيل دائرة كهربائية بسيطة باستخدام مصباح LED ولوحة أردوينو (Arduino)، ثم التحكّم في تشغيل الإضاءة وإطفائها عن بُعد باستخدام تقنيات إنترنت الأشياء
