Youth Fest -Volunteer Program

As part of Qatar Sustainability Week 2025, Teen Hub implemented the Youth Fest Volunteer Program — a large-scale youth engagement initiative designed to empower young people to take active roles in delivering and managing Qatar’s first youth-led sustainability festival.

Over 200 youth volunteers from schools, universities, and community groups participated between 31 October and 9 November 2025, supporting event logistics, registration, media, and environmental operations across all festival zones.

Program Highlights:

• Volunteer Orientation Day (31 October): full briefing on sustainability practices, waste segregation, and community service ethics.
• On-Site Activation Support: youth managed daily workshops, guided visitors, and ensured zero-waste operations during QSW events.
• Youth Leadership Roles: team leads coordinated areas such as operations, content, and hospitality under Teen Hub supervision.
• Impact & Learning: volunteers gained hands-on project-management experience while promoting sustainable behaviors among 3,000+ visitors.
