Energy Saving

Carrefour has had saving amounting to 9,300 tons of CO2 emission by usage of LED lighting in all stores and accommodation, applying the double glazing door insulation for refrigeration cabinets, VFD Variable frequency dryer for Refrigeration racks, UPS and chillers, Replacing CC chillers with latest technology system for energy saving, apply a monitoring system in all stores to have a daily power consumption control.
