Going Green at ASD!

The environmental club at the American School of Doha, entitled the EFFECT club, would like to present the various initiatives our school has adopted in efforts to create sustainable and environmentally conscious development among our community. These initiatives include: stopping the sale of bottled water and promoting our "Go Refillable Campaign," starting a paper recycling that has reduced paper wastage on campus by 25%, initiating a compost program that has redirected over 30kg of food waste, and selling a cookbook with both vegetarian and environmentally friendly recipes!
