Mom’s Leftover Makeover (Reducing Food Waste by Saving Leftovers)

As part of awareness to reduce food waste, learners will be looking at how saving leftovers can contribute to sustainability. They will be creating a poster showcasing their mother's best leftover recipe and can even bring a sample dish to the class (no sharing of food will be done in observance of the COVID protocols).
