World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE)
Shahd is a Learning Ecosystems Associate at WISE. She leads several programs including the annual Doha Learning Days, a community festival that promotes wider access to informal learning opportunities to people in Qatar, as well as Learners’ Voice, a program which equips K-12 students with self-expression skills to encourage engagement in education policy in Qatar. Prior to joining WISE, Shahd was with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Qatar, where she took part in several Digital Society programs and initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University in Qatar.
